CADETSHIP PROGRAM

The cadetship is a form of training program that blends practical on-the-job experience and formal facilitated training. Our goal is to build up a pool of competent officers by keeping partnerships with maritime universities and colleges. We prioritize students coming from less fortunate families without background of seafarer’s profession, as long as they have passed company criteria.

   The students will undergo several exams and panel interviews under the supervision of our HR Training Coordinator, Training Manager, and Technical Department. Those who pass are offered in-house training education for their preparation prior to board our manned vessel.

     This program is developed to mold the cadets and teach the basics of becoming competent and reliable officers. During their in-house training, they are trained under our technical department to develop their skills and enhance their personality.
