Requirements:​

        For Deck/Engine Cadets:

•  Completion of at least 3 years of academic   coursework (with Certificate of Academic   Completion)

•  Transcript of Records (TOR) with no grade below 80    for minor subjects and no grade below 85 for major    subjects

•   Minimum height of 5'5"

•   Pleasing personality and disciplined demeanor

•   Willing to undergo the complete company
    selection and training process

•   No derogatory records

•   Must be below 25 years of age

•   Normal Body Mass Index (BMI)
  
  ETO Cadetship Program Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE)

• Holder of a valid Professional License as an Electrical Engineer or Electronics and Communications Engineer issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Philippines

• Pleasing personality and disciplined demeanor

• Willing to undergo the complete company selection and training process

• Must be below 30 years of age

• Normal Body Mass Index (BMI)

• No derogatory record

• Preferably with land-based experience related to their career profession
